Just wanted to drop you a message to say a massive thank you for sorting my bike out last week.
I'd been putting off getting it looked at for months — the gears were crunching, brakes were squealing, and honestly I'd just stopped riding it. James came out on Saturday morning, had everything stripped down and sorted in a couple of hours. He explained what was wrong, showed me the worn chain, and didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need.
Rode it to work on Monday for the first time in ages. Feels like a completely different bike. Brilliant service, will definitely be using you again.
...just wanted to let you know I did the Rudyard Lake loop on Sunday. First proper ride since you fixed the puncture and sorted the brakes. Felt great, no issues at all. Thanks again James.
Both kids bikes done before half term, you're a legend. They haven't stopped riding since! The little one's brakes were apparently non existent so glad you spotted that 😂

Thank you for the excellent service on my husband's touring bike. He's been complaining about the gears for weeks and I finally booked it as a surprise. He said it shifts perfectly now and the whole bike feels tighter. Really appreciate you coming out to us in Macclesfield.

Brakes are incredible now. Was genuinely scared going down into Endon before, now they bite properly. Should have got them done ages ago!

Mate that chain wax thing you did is unreal. Drivetrain is silent and the chain's still clean after two weeks of commuting. Why didn't I do this sooner?!
Made the changes you suggested to my commuter setup and it's so much more comfortable now. The new bar tape and saddle height adjustment have made a real difference on the ride into Macc. Thanks agian.

Hi James, quick update — the mountain bike is running perfectly after the fork service. Took it round the Roaches on Sunday and the suspension felt completely different. Smooth as anything. Really glad I didn't just buy new forks like the shop suggested. Cheers!
